Carbon Crucible

We're partnering with the UK Energy Research Centre to develop a Crucible programme focused on energy research.

Carbon Crucible will stimulate and foster interdisciplinary collaborations between early- to mid-career researchers working in diverse fields within science, technology, and the social sciences.

By combining their expertise we hope to spark new and innovative solutions to tackle the big issues in energy research, such as demand reduction and environmental sustainability.

Applications are now closed.

The deadline for applications was Monday, 13 October 2008.
