Case studies
Work-related learning involves young people learning about themselves and the world of work, while developing the skills and attributes needed to succeed in the future. It can include learning about work, learning through work and learning at work.
We commissioned research that explores how employers engage in work-related learning in a range of areas of the economy. The research challenges traditional approaches to work-related learning and, through case studies, demonstrates that more dynamic approaches to work-related learning can benefit young people, schools and colleges, and participating organisations and businesses.
We're keen to learn about other examples of good practice, so please let us know if you come across any. You can reach us at futureinnovators@nesta.org.uk
