Creative enterprise toolkit
We're creating an enterprise resource toolkit that will include our tried and tested approaches to teaching enterprise skills to creative individuals who are thinking about setting up a business.
The toolkit is primarily aimed at university lecturers and advisers, but we're also offering it to enterprise organisations and creative entrepreneurs, free of charge.
Building on our experience of running Starter for 6, the toolkit will provide guidance, activities, downloadable worksheets and case studies to challenge individuals to draw on their creative and personal strengths.
It will help them to consider:
- personal values;
- making the transition from creative idea to business;
- business relationships;
- mapping next steps;
- understanding finance; and
- marketing the idea.
We plan to launch the toolkit in early September during the International Entrepreneurship Educators conference in Edinburgh. You'll also be able to download it from our website at that time, so don't forget to come back and visit us.
