Theresa Crowley
Research Director, Organisational Impact and Learning
Dr Theresa Crowley is responsible for NESTA’s impact assessment, evaluation strategy and ‘Innovative People’ research strand. Her research interests include developing new methodologies in impact measurement, evidencing the impact of public policy and programmes, and the psychology of innovation. She has a background in qualitative and quantitative research at the Policy Studies Institute, Cabinet Office, HM Treasury and the National Audit Office. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chartered Scientist with a PhD in psychology from University College London.
